To provide the best possible service to everyone, patients are seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, please call (231) 775-1248, Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We do our best to stay within our schedule. We understand your time is valuable and do our best to keep you from waiting for any length of time. For the same reason, we ask that you please give 24 hours notice if it is necessary to cancel your appointment with us. As a courtesy, we will try to contact you on the day before your appointment as a reminder. You can request an appointment using the form below.
